Prior to hiring Dave to help me sell my late father's house, I interviewed 3 other agents. As soon as Dave walked in, I knew right away he was the most professional. From the way he spoke to the documents he brought, he was a cut above the rest. There were a few kinks in the sale which brought out even more incredible professionalism in Dave.
